WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect three basic types of information: (1) personal information you provide us; (2) personal information we receive from third parties; and (3) personal information we automatically collect when you use our services.

Information you provide us. The personal information we collect depends on the services you use and how you access them. We may collect following personal information: your name, business name, email address, personal information accessible through your accounts that you provide us access to (including financial accounts), and other personal information you provide through our services and when you contact us.
If you apply for a job with Trust, we will collect your name, contact information, demographic information, education and work history, work eligibility information and any other information you choose to provide. Eligible candidates may be asked to undergo a background check or other screening measures, which are facilitated by our third-party partners. We use this information to determine your eligibility for the role, facilitate your candidacy, make hiring decisions, and communicate with you through the hiring process.

Information we receive from third parties. We may receive personal information about you from third parties. For example, we may obtain information when you login through a third-party website, application, or authentication service. These services may authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us, which could include your name, email address, or other information, and, if you are accessing the services on behalf of a business, your business’s financial transaction history, account balance, account history, EIN, business address and any applicable government watchlist screening information. We are not responsible for how third parties collect or use your information, and the data we receive from these third-party sites is dependent upon the applicable third party’s policies and your privacy settings on that third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party service that you visit or use, including those third parties you interact with through our services, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party sites and services before linking or connecting them to our services.

Information we get when you use our site. We automatically log information about you and your device or browser when you visit our site or use our services. - We may share with other companies and brands owned or controlled by Trust, and other companies owned by or under common ownership as Trust. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Policy.

CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION
We want you to be in control of your personal information, so we have provided you with the following tools:

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. CHILDREN UNDER 13
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that any personal information has been collected inadvertently from a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible. NEVADA RESIDENTS

DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE
We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill our business purposes unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
